   Zubbily provides AI-enabled business services including but not limited to consulting, BPaaS (Business Process as a Service), z-DealStack subscriptions, and solutions available on the z-Solutions Hub.

6. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

8. Account Registration
   Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

10. Pricing and Payment 

    1. All prices are in USD/HKD and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 
    2. Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the website.
    3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until the next renewal.

12. Intellectual Property
    All content, software, and AI models remain the property of Zubbily or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the services for your internal business purposes.

14. Client Responsibilities
    You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the services for any unlawful purpose.

16. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Zubbily shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
